Day 219- Time Change Jetlag

Two days ago we changed our clocks back an hour. I have never been good at this. It always takes me at least a week to adjust. Last night I was in bed and asleep at 8:30 P.M. and I could probably go to be now if I wanted to. I know though if I ever want to function as a normal human again I am going to have to force myself to stay awake in order to get use to staying up a little later in the night.


Day 219- I'm thankful for….

I'm thankful for the internet. Without it I wouldn't be able to make this post write now. I know I could have chosen to write in a notebook, but the internet has allowed me to share this journey with others that I would not been able to do any other way.
